I started the sessions a few weeks ago and was a little reluctant before my first class but I shouldn’t have been! Everyone is so welcoming and Zac is brilliant, always there to support and give encouragement, he pushes me to do more because he knows I can do it. I feel amazing after each session!

I'd absolutely recommend bodyfit boot camps I started 2 weeks ago, I’ve lost 3lb so far but my clothes are already starting to feel looser and I can’t wait to see the inches that are coming off. My aim in joining was simply to loose weight but I have gained so much more, thank you.
